Hard copy medical records can still be accepted if sent via Royal Mail.

The situation with Coronavirus seems to be continuing unfortunately. As some Claimants are not able/willing to travel into London, Professor Allen-Mersh can provide a domiciliary visit/arrange a telephone examination for condition & prognosis cases, where this is requested.

Currently there is a 3 week wait for appointments, with a turnaround of 2-3 weeks for preparation of the report.

For reports that don’t require an examination, the turnaround is 6 weeks following receipt of instructions.

The situation with Covid 19 is still an issue for some Claimants who are not happy about travelling into London, and Professor Allen-Mersh will continue to arrange “virtual” telephone examinations for condition & prognosis cases where this is requested.

We are now also able to arrange appointments for face to face examinations.

We currently have a 4 week wait for appointments, with a turnaround of 2-3 weeks for preparation of the report.
