As the situation with Covid 19 and lockdown looks set to continue for a while, we are currently arranging “virtual” telephone examinations for all condition & prognosis report cases.
We are requesting medical records be sent to us via electronic means, although in some circumstances hard copy records can be delivered to an alternative address, where necessary.

We currently have a 9 week wait for telephone appointments with a turnaround of 3-4 weeks for preparation of the report.
For reports that don’t require an examination, the turnaround is 6-8 weeks following receipt of instructions.
